The Christmas story knows no borders. Traveling from Poland and Saxony to Sicily, Mexico, Peru, and beyond, this festive program explores the extraordinary diversity of holiday music across the Baroque world. Joyful works by Jarzębski, Sweelinck, Araujo, Zéspedes, and their contemporaries weave together a vibrant tapestry of sacred motets, radiant pastorales, lively dances, and colorful villancicos, each reflecting local traditions while celebrating a story shared around the world.
