CCA Florida STAR Awards Ceremony & Banquet
Mark your calendars for October 18, 2025, as we gather in beautiful Cocoa, Florida, for the annual CCA Florida STAR Awards Banquet. This celebratory evening brings together anglers, families, sponsors, and supporters from across the state to recognize the outstanding achievements of the STAR Competition presented by Yamaha, Florida’s largest family-friendly fishing competition.

Throughout the night, we will honor the tournament’s winners across a variety of divisions, including youth, beginners, seasoned anglers and non-anglers alike. The event will showcase the passion and dedication that fuels Florida’s fishing community. Guests will hear inspiring stories of conservation, community involvement and how STAR has made an impact on families and in protecting and enhancing our state’s fisheries and coastal habitats

In addition to the awards presentation, attendees will enjoy a lively evening filled with fellowship, dinner, and the chance to connect with fellow anglers, conservationists, and sponsors who make the STAR program possible. The banquet not only celebrates accomplishments on the water but also highlights the mission of CCA Florida: ensuring a bright future for Florida’s marine resources and the anglers who treasure them.

You may bid on silent auction items and purchase raffle tickets up until 9pm. Winners will be announced after 9pm during the celebration.

• Announcements regarding 2025 STAR competition.

• Recognition of Duke Energy by Nancy Dodd, Government & Community Relations Manager.

• Awards Ceremony for Guy Harvey Foundation Youth Scholarships Division presented by Realtree Fishing.

• Awarding of The West Marine Family Award.

• Announcement of winners & prizes for The Custom Gheenoe Inshore Division presented by Minn Kota & The Engel Coolers Offshore Division presented by AFTCO and other divisions.
