Manhattan Skyline: Transformation Over Time

How has the Manhattan skyline changed over time? Since 2013, One World Trade Center and the Empire State Building have crowned the downtown and midtown skyline. But today, many new skyscrapers add to their dazzle. During this event, kids will learn about the evolution of New York's tallest towers and design a skyline of their very own.

This is an in-person children’s program that meets at the Skyscraper Museum, 39 Battery Pl. Programs are designed for children ages 3-10 years old.

You must reserve a place for your child/family by clicking the “Get Tickets” button above. After registering, you will receive emails to confirm your attendance through a Google Form (you only need to fill this out once). If you do not confirm attendance by the Friday morning before the program, your places will be canceled. Every child should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Family programs are free! Reservation priority is given to The Skyscraper Museum members. Want to become a member? Winter programs are supported by a Community Partnership with the Battery Park City Authority.
