Figaro Children's Show

Mozart's comic opera retold for the entire family.

"This is the story of one eventful day long ago that has come to be known as "The Marriage of Figaro"  My name is Antonio and I was the Count's gardener at that time. It was Figaro and Susanna's wedding day. Like me, they were both servants to the Count, who could be a little difficult at times and was especially so that day.  I remember it so well because everyone was so excited for the two of them.  But Figaro and Susanna had to use their wits to outsmart the Count and to remind him and my lady, Countess Almaviva how much they truly loved each other. In this one day, plots were unveiled and thwarted, families were reunited and in the end Figaro and Susanna got married and The Count and Countess renewed their vows!  All united by the magic force of LOVE!"
