About this event

Sometimes what haunts us isn't the past itself, but the ways it still lives in the body.

What if the ghosts that haunt us are not enemies to defeat, but messengers carrying unfinished stories, unmet needs, and hidden wisdom?

In this experiential Halloween-themed workshop, we'll explore how old emotional wounds, triggers, and recurring patterns can continue to "haunt" the body long after the original events have passed. Using somatic practices, nervous system education, and the principles of emotional sobriety, participants will learn how to listen to their inner ghosts with curiosity rather than fear.

Together, we'll discover how the body can become a doorway to healing, transforming emotional hauntings into trusted guides for greater self-awareness, resilience, and freedom.
