We're conjuring up another unforgettable Halloween experience! The 23rd Annual Haunted Trail at Maumee Bay State Park is one of Northwest Ohio's favorite fall traditions, brought to you by S.O.A.R. and The Autism Society of Northwest Ohio.
Proceeds from this event benefit individuals with developmental disabilities, The Autism Society of Northwest Ohio, Friends of Maumee Bay, and help stock local food pantries throughout the 419 area.

NEW THIS YEAR: Haunted Jail!
We're adding a Haunted Jail attraction. For a small donation, guests can have their family members or friends "arrested" and sentenced to time in the Haunted Jail. Prisoners will remain behind bars until they serve their sentence—or until someone posts bail! This interactive attraction is sure to provide plenty of laughs and memorable moments throughout the event.

Trunk or Treat
Friday, October 9 | 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Decorate your vehicle and hand out candy in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. It's also a great opportunity to promote your business, church, organization, or community group while connecting with local families. Trunk or treat will be at the beach parking lot. 
 
Trail Schedule
Both Nights:
    •    Sensory-Friendly Trail: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    •    Spooky Trail: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Parking is at the beach parking lot ONLY. There will be a shuttle to transport you over to the Haunted Trail by the Big Hill, or there is a path you can take to come over on foot! 

Ticket sales are only for entrance to the haunted trail. One ticket gains you entrance once on either October 9th or October 10th. The trail runs from 6pm-10pm on October 9, 2026 and October 10, 2026. This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given for inclement weather. Tickets are also available for purchase at the entrance of the trail, but will be accepting cash only.

The trail is in the woods, and includes rough terrain and may be muddy or slippery depending on weather conditions. Please navigate the trail with caution at your own risk. By purchasing and/or accepting the ticket(s), the ticketholder agrees that they will indemnify and hold harmless S.O.A.R., LLC, The Friends of Maumee Bay, and Maumee Bay State Park from any loss, liability, damages or cost of any kind that may incur as the result of any injury to themselves or to any member of their family.
