Book Launch Party with Ellis Darnell!

Join Midwest Bookish Fest Events & Rolling Chapters in celebrating Ellis Darnell and the release of WHAT THE HEART WANTS! Ellis will be joined by Elizabeth Davis, author of THE PLAYER NEXT DOOR. 

This event will be from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Woodbury Central Park, located in Woodlands B (8595 Central Park Pl, Woodbury, MN 55125) Doors will open at 1:30pm and there will be snacks and drinks available for purchase.

There are two ticket types; one that includes a copy of WHAT THE HEART WANTS and one that is admission only. You will have the opportunity to buy WHAT THE HEART WANTS at the event. 

Conversation will be followed by a signing and photo line with Ellis and Elizabeth. Books from home are welcome to be brought and signed! There is no signing limit.

About WHAT THE HEART WANTS:

After the devastating and unexpected loss of her mother, Thea Calloway decides it’s time for a change. She packs up her life and moves across the country from Seattle to Driftbay - a small, serene coastal town, a far cry from the big city. About the authors:

Ellis Darnell is a Midwest native who has enjoyed reading and writing from a very early age. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, traveling, and collecting vinyl records. She is also heavily involved in her local theatre scene, having been a stage manager for local colleges and community groups for over ten years.

Elizabeth Davis is a full-time nerd whose interests include cold weather, rainy days, coffee, Minnesota Public Radio, and rom coms where characters’ homes vastly outstrip the income they would get from their jobs. Born and raised in suburban Milwaukee, she now lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two children. She has published multiple novels and one day aspires to achieve every romance novelist’s dream: to have her books made into the sort of movies people watch while hungover on a Sunday afternoon.
