Introduction to Gin Class

The market for gin has exploded. Today, there is a diverse inventory of gins with different terroirs and flavors far beyond the juniper-heavy gins that you may be familiar with. This 90-minute class covers the history of gin, its legal definition and styles, and current trends in gin production, and is accompanied by a guided tasting that will expose you to the range of gin flavor profiles now available. Six different gins will be tasted (both over ice and with tonic) so you can determine which gin flavor categories appeal to you most. The gins tasted will be available for purchase after the class.
