Dear Community Partner,
The Montgomery County Pearls of Purpose is an official Interest Group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and we are gearing up to host Bougie Bingo, a “Night of Endless Possibilities.” As an official interest group, we are permitted to host one fundraiser, and we are aiming to make it a grand event with the support of our community partners. This glam filled event will be held Friday, November 15, 2024, 7pm, at the Klein Multipurpose Center, 7500 Farm to Market 2920, Klein, TX 77379. Doors will open at 6:30 PM and the night will include 7 exciting games of bingo. Bougie Bingo is a great opportunity to showcase your business while supporting organizations in Montgomery County, TX.
Founded in 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA) is an international service organization, comprised of more than 355,000 initiated members in graduate and undergraduate chapters located in 12 countries. Service and sisterhood have been the cornerstone of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® since 1908. AKA is a philanthropic, community-based organization whose members contribute time, skills, services and monetary/in-kind donations to our community partners.
As an official interest group, we are permitted to host one fundraiser, and we are raising money to make it a grand event with the support of our community partners. Your contribution will assist us in solidifying the funds needed to support Montgomery County, TX and surrounding areas, including Conroe, Cut and Shoot, Magnolia, Montgomery, Oak Ridge North, Panorama Village, Patton Village, Pinehurst, Porter Heights, Shenandoah, Splendora, Stagecoach, The Woodlands, Willis, Woodbranch, and Woodloch.
By sponsoring Bougie Bingo, you will not only help us achieve our fundraising goals but also help support area organizations like the Montgomery County Food Bank, the Montgomery County Women’s Shelter and the Tamina Community Center. We hope to have over 300 attendees at our event and look forward to your support!
Please view the attached list of sponsorship opportunities for the Bougie Bingo event. In addition to cash sponsors, we are also seeking in-kind donations for raffle items. As a sponsor of this event, your company will be recognized at the event and through our marketing materials, including day of event recognition, social media, and the event program.
