PYM Toronto - Dabka Workshop with El-Funoun

TORONTO/MISSISSAUGA: LEARN DABKA WITH EL-FUNOUN!

This October, El-Funoun Palestinian Popular Dance Troupe is coming to Canada! As part of their tour, they’re inviting community members to take part in a special dabka workshop. Led by experienced instructor Majdi Karakra, the workshop offers a chance to learn from one of Palestine’s oldest dabka troupes and a beloved cultural institution!

On October 21st, join us to walk through traditional steps and moves and learn all about the history and origins of this dance that has brought Palestinians together for generations.
