No experience necessary, come as you are, chant sheets will be provided and / or mantras will be taught. All are invited to sing, move, listen and be a part of this practice. Sanskrit mantras and original songs will be shared. Bring a friend and Bring a non-perishable food item for our collection. We will be donating to the St. Johns Food Share in North Portland.
Building is ADA acessible and there are plenty of chairs as well as cushions for floor seating.
