About this event
Join Kavita Kat Macmillan & the Open Heart Sangha musicians for an evening of Sacred Chant and spirit songs as we Bring the LIght inside and cultivate practice in preparation for winter.
We will share original compositions with Sanskrit mantra and English lyrics, song sheets are provided and all are encouraged to sing, move, and be in the sound with us together!
The practice of Bhakti yoga, the yoga devotion brings hearts and voices together through call and response and unison chanting. Come experience how good it feels to make a joyful sound in communtiy!

ALL are welcome. Building in ADA acessible. There are plenty of cushions, chairs and room to dance and move!
