Palo & Salve Feast!

Join the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute, the Latin American and Latina/o Studies Program, and the students and professors of the Fall 2026 Afro-Dominican Music: Palo and Salve course for a special end-of-semester palo and salve feast! Osaliki Sepúlveda and Enjambre will be with us for a stirring performance to celebrate Afro-Dominican heritage. The program will include an educational performance, a Q&A with the musicians, special remarks from Dr. Wilfredo José Burgos Matos and Professor Fao de la Cruz, and special greetings from CUNY DSI leadership.
