Parent & Child Yoga Class

Join Tracie from Akron Yoga and Wellness for a Parent Child yoga class at Crafty Marts 9th Annual Holiday Show! You will work on breathing, stretching and moving together to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent and child, while strengthening their growing muscles. Caregivers welcome. No yoga experience is required. Appropriate for children 3-9 years of age. Each ticket includes entry for 1 parent and 1 child. Extra tickets must be purchased for additional spots beyond the 1 parent and 1 child.

Tracie is a Yoga Medicine Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Life Coach & Reiki Master. She draws upon her anatomy and alignment education to create safe, nurturing and healing experiences for her clients. By inviting her clients to rethink what their bodies are capable of and encourage a healthy dialogue with self, her classes offer challenges on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. All of her trainings and programs are built around healing and gaining a stronger connection with self.
