Return to Radiance: Shine Your Light in 2025 is an immersive, heart-centered ecstatic dance experience and a journey of release, renewal, and embodiment. Through free movement and powerful soundscapes by sonic alchemist Steffen Ki, you'll reconnect with the light that’s been within you all along. From darkness to dawn, from intention to action — this is your time to radiate.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey held in a safe and sacred container, facilitated by a professional DJ. It is a space where you are free to be your authentic self and express through dance without judgment. Unlike traditional dance forms, it is unchoreographed and intuitive, allowing your body to move naturally in response to music. This practice supports self-discovery, emotional release, and mental well-being, offering a pathway to connect more deeply with yourself.
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:

Respect yourself, each other, and the space.

No talking on the dance floor (unless necessary for safety and boundaries).

Ecstatic Dance is an alcohol-free space.

No shoes unless needed for injury.

No cell phones, photos, or video on the dance floor.

No strong scents; practice good personal hygiene.

What to Expect :
Opening Ritual: Release & Renew
Start the night with a guided intention-setting and ceremonial release of 2024. Then, during a cacao ceremony, you’ll be guided to visualize your highest self for 2025 as we invitee you to feel it in your body through free-flowing movement and intentional dance. You’re not just imagining your future self — you’re becoming it.
Immersive Dance Journey: Darkness to Radiance
Move through the phases of transformation as the soundscape shifts from grounding, earthy beats to playful exploration, and finally, to expansive, heart-opening euphoria. Each phase is an invitation to embody a new version of yourself.
Closing Ceremony: Anchor the Light
We’ll close the night with a share circle where you’ll have the opportunity to seal the energy of transformation into your heart, body, and mind, ensuring you walk away with clarity and confidence for the year ahead.
