Run for the Mission 2024: Annual Fundraising Event for MasterKey Ministries
This year, we are embracing a Kentucky Derby theme and are delighted to offer an array of Derby-themed activities, creating an experience akin to being at the races.
Schedule of Events:
5:00-6:00 PM - The Derby Lounge opens outside in our spacious and comfortable tent. Guests are invited to unwind in a serene spring setting, decompress from the day, and enjoy a selection of Kentucky-inspired beverages.
6:00-7:30 PM - We welcome our guests indoors for an exquisite meal prepared by Chef Sheppard of Knife and Whisk. This will be an opportunity to learn about MasterKey Ministries' impactful work. The Silent Auction begins, allowing guests to bid on unique items for a noble cause.
7:30-9:30 PM - Attendees are invited to partake in three Kentucky Derby Games:
- Roll a Ball Derby: Participate outdoors in a carnival-like atmosphere under a lit canopy, rolling a ball to advance your horse to victory. Winners receive delightful plush toys.
- Nite at the Races: From your table, engage in a Derby game featuring a simulated race. Purchase tickets, use your Funny Money wisely, and earn a chance to win in the raffle.
- Horse Race Table Game: A game where up to ten players can roll the dice to move their racehorse, with prizes awarded to the winners.
9:30 PM - The Live Auction takes place, and winners of the Silent Auction are announced.
10:00 PM - The evening concludes with our heartfelt thanks.
