Join us on Thursday, January 25th from 7-11 PM at Edgewater Hall for another installment of Staten Island Talent's Creative Networking Mixer.
This month we'll be celebrating the launch of Explore Staten Island's Community Platform. This long-awaited, much-needed resource for the island allows residents and tourists to easily find upcoming events, local creatives, small businesses, community resources, job opportunities, and real estate listings all in one place, without needing to have an account to log in.
Explore SI was created by our founding team here at Staten Island Talent.
This platform has taken hundreds of hours to develop and will require daily moderation to manage and grow each month as we slowly build out this online directory. Our goal is for this platform to be used by anyone looking to promote their brand and we hope to see the information collected today last for years to come.
Staten Island Talent also created a FREE Artist/Public Figure Directory within the site for residents to discover local creatives.

INTERESTED IN SHOWCASING OR PERFORMING
If you are interested in showcasing your work / performing at this event or an upcoming mixer, make sure to complete a FREE Artist / Creative Public Figure Profile here so that you are registered in our system.
A member of our team will reach out to you. You can then request to perform, vend, or showcase your work at this event or an upcoming event, once your account is created.

REGISTER FOR FREE AS A CREATIVE / RESIDENT / SMALL BUSINESS / ORGANIZATION
As always, our seasonal networking mixers are always FREE to attend.
However, we still incur costs and expenses to produce each event.
(Typically about $400-500 per mixer between venue setup & cleanup staff, event production staff, refreshments, supplies, marketing, and production materials.)
This month, we'll be raising funds to help produce this year's (4) seasonal mixers as well as for the Explore Staten Island website, which also has costs to maintain and moderate.

There will be a Cash Bar available to purchase both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages.
(Non-Alcoholic beverage options supplied by Staten Island-based Mocktail Mart.)
*Please note that cash will be the only method of payment for beverages at the venue.
