Spooktacufur is a Halloween mini-convention hosted by Oddie Bun on October 26th, 2024 from 3-10pm at the Sugar Space Arts Warehouse.

Any attending minors must be accompanied to the convention with an adult, and both minor and guardian will need to purchase separate tickets.

By purchasing your ticket you agree to the following terms:

1. You assume all risks when participating in Spooktacufur's events. All participants must use care and good judgment and must obey all rules and regulations of the host venue and of Spooktacufur. You will comply with all requests made by employees of the host venue or by the hosts of Spooktacufur. You must obey all laws of the State of Utah. Spooktacufur reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse.
2. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Spooktacufur and its organizers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates for any and all legal actions arising out of participation in Spooktacufur event. You further agree to pay all legal fees incurred by Spooktacufur that arise due to this agreement.
3. You agree to allow Spooktacufur to use or post any photographs, videotapes, or recordings of the event. You will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of your image by Spooktacufur.
4. I understand and am aware that my participation in Spooktacufur involves risk, including, but not limited to, travel, physical activity, locales where public health and safety may be at risk, or activities that involve risk that I create for others or others may create for me. These risks may lead to a Loss, and I nonetheless choose to participate in Spooktacufur. I am also aware that there are risks that I may not have considered, yet I waive my right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks, and I choose to participate in Spooktacufur. I acknowledge that no promises, representations, or affirmations of fact were made to me by Spooktacufur or its representatives concerning the safety or danger associated with traveling to Spooktacufur or participating in any activity or interaction related to or associated with the event.
