ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND IMAGE RELEASE:

By sumbitting this registration form I do hereby fully release the Canal Winchester Elementary School and the CW Elementary PTO, its employees and volunteers from any and all claims from injuries, damage or loss which I and/or my property may incur as a result of my particiation of attendance in the Trunk or Treat event. Additionally, I give my permission to be photographed and/or videotaped during my particiation and for the photographs to be used on social media and for future advertisement/promotion of the event.

Tuesday, October 13th 5:30pm-7pm
Hosted at Indian Trail Elementary School Parking Lot
For all students and their families (Pre-K through 5th Grade)

*** Everyone who signs-up will receive a family admission ticket ***

Join the fun at our Trunk or Treat school event by signing up to host a creative, family-friendly, decorated trunk! Show off your spooky (or silly!) style, pass out candy, and help create an unforgettable experience for kids and families in our school community.

Whether you're going full haunted house or magical fairyland, we welcome all fun and festive themes!

Spots are limited – register your trunk today!
Full volunteer details are listed in your ticket registration.

Volunteer's themes announced so far: Minecraft, Witches, Aliens, Hocus Pocus, Pumpkins, Pirates, Rock n' Roll, Jurassic Park, Scare-bucks (Starbucks), Silly Skeletons, Candyland and Halloween Village.

In case of inclement weather an alternate event date has been set for Wednesday, October 14th.

Trunk or Treat - Trunk Decorating Guide

EVENT RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATING VEHICLES

All participants will receive a family admission ticket
School staff registering for a trunk at this event is 4pts of volunteering for Classroom Support Campaign.
2 - 4 staff volunteers per vehicle (2 vehicles = 5 - 8 staff volunteers)
In case of inclement weather, an alternate event date has been decided ahead of time for Wed, Oct 14th
Please arrive no sooner than 4:15pm (after school busses have left) to get your car parked and decorate your trunk.
Vehicle must be decorated and ready to hand out candy by 5:15pm.
Vehicle must remain parked until the event is over at 7:00pm.
PTO will provide candy and trinkets.
Volunteer PTO restock runners will stop by to ensure you do not run out of candy.
Must provide your own buckets to hand out candy.
Family-friendly and non-scary costumes and decorations only.
An adult must remain with the vehicle at all times.
Candy Rule: 1 peice per child. No handfuls please.
You must clean up your area before leaving.
