About this event

"One of the best retreats I have ever attended!  Kavita thoroughly organized a multitude of details with the retreat center and our travel, while providing sacred, rich, and fulfilling daily yoga, chanting, open-the-heart singing classes, and kirtan. The cohesion and integration that developed between participants is one that we became family, in the one heart." T. T., Wake up the Heart 2023
