Your deposit of $250 per person will reserve your space for the Way of St. Francis Pilgrimage, Oct. 25—Nov. 8, 2025, led by CSW Director Rob Field. The deposit is fully refundable through June 1, 2025, and will be applied to your total pilgrimage cost. **If you are not registering with someone you want to room with, but are willing to be paired with another pilgrim in a double room, please select quantity 1 and send a follow-up email to register@centersw.org.**

SINGLE ROOMS ARE ALL FILLED. If you would like to be on our waiting list for a single room, please email register@centersw.org. And if you are willing to share a double room with another pilgrim, please indicate this in your message. We are happy to pair pilgrims willing to share a double room and get them connected prior to departure. If you are in the latter category, you will need to pay the $250 deposit to secure your space. If we cannot find a roommate for you, we will refund your deposit, even if it's after June 1st.

Spaces for this 2-week spiritual adventure will be limited to the first 25 people who register and pay a refundable $250 per person deposit.

All deposit payments are fully refundable through June 1, 2025, and will be applied to your total pilgrimage cost. Want to save on convenience fees? Mail a check for $250 per person to: CSW, 100 Elks Club Road, Brevard, N.C. 28712. If you choose this option, please email Rob Field after you mail your check so he can hold the space(s) for you until your check is received and deposited.

Total 2-week pilgrimage cost, including non-stop roundtrip airfare, overnight accommodations, 2 meals per day, tour guides, admission to all attractions, and transportation in Italy is $4,299 per person (double occupancy). Departure & return flights will be from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.
