The Wellness Pursuit: Winter 2022

There's never been a better time to improve your health and wellness. We want to walk with you on your pursuit.​

In the summer of 2021, Renee Kinney and Kali Clark put together a small event to gather people in wellness. It was a full day of yoga, self reflection, health education and fitness. We want to repeat this gem of an event in January of 2022. Winters are hard and the pressure to have a new year's resolution is palpable. Many of these resolutions fail by the end of January, so let us give you a boost and reignite your desire to better wellness.
