The 2^nd Annual Eloy Glow & Festival – On Saturday, November 4^th, Downtown Eloy is back and BIGGER & BETTER, filled with static displayed illuminated hot air balloons. Hot Air Balloons will “Glow” at sun set and Streets will be lite up in mass color. Spectators can walk up and experience the balloons’ inflation and static display.
