Now that the weather is getting cooler, join us for a FREE, small group, late-morning session of Chi Kung in the Park. (We'll all be wearing masks, of course, and standing more than six feet apart from each other.) Damo I Jin is one of the “tendon–changing” forms of Chi Kung. It is an all–standing form and uses isometrics, a safe way to regain muscle tone lost from too much sitting and general inactivity. Instructor Laura Shapiro has taught Damo I Jin to adults of all ages and levels of fitness, modifying the more challenging movements for each individual as needed.
