A local tradition since 1902, Independence Days (formerly Western Days) is the ultimate hometown Fourth of July celebration. Built by the community for the community, this event brings everyone together for an unforgettable experience.

Join us July 3–4, 2026, at Riverview Park in Independence for two action-packed days of fun. From live entertainment and unique vendors to family-friendly activities, there’s something for everyone. Don’t miss the fireworks, the Duck Derby on the Willamette River, the carnival, the Talent Show and plenty more!

After you purchase your ticket you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your ticket, which may be downloaded to your Apple Wallet or printed. When you arrive at the event on July 3rd, your ticket will be scanned and you will receive your wristband for in-and-out privileges on your ticket date.
