After three celebrated editions, First Light returns for its fourth chapter—continuing to break convention and explore creative experimentation. Curated by 3AM Theatre, this performance series blends refined repertoire with spontaneous improvisation, bringing artists and audiences into direct conversation.

This edition will be presented as a work-in-progress showing, featuring a series of solos and ensemble material in development. Tickets are pay what you wish, making space for all to experience the process of creation as it unfolds.

Designed to bridge contemporary circus with the people who experience it, First Light is an ongoing exploration of movement, risk, and storytelling—featuring some of NYC’s most compelling performers.

Entry Instructions
The entrance to the building is on 35th Ave. A staff member will be at the main door to greet you and let you in. Once inside, you can take either the elevator or stairs to the third floor — we are in Unit 3N.

Getting Here
The venue is roughly a 10–15 minute walk from nearby subway stations or a short ride on the bus. Please plan your transportation accordingly.

Parking
Street parking is available in the neighborhood, though it can sometimes be tricky to find — allow extra time if you plan to drive.
