Yin is a calming, slow moving, and passive style of yoga designed to target deeper connective tissues and fascia, rather than muscles. Most of class takes place on the floor. Dar uses essential oils to deepen the experience. Beginners are welcome!  Please bring a small blanket.  The studio has mats and other props to borrow free of charge.
