Monarch Tagging

Help MNP staff tag monarch butterflies as they start their migration down to Mexico! Learn all about the monarch and how to properly catch, tag, and release them. This program is perfect for families and is open to those ages 5 years or older. There will be over a mile hike and lots of walking in tall grass. Please wear closed toed shoes, and long pants are recommended. Nets will be provided. Meet by the garages in the main parking lot. We will leave for the tagging area shortly after 4:00.
