About this event

Instructor: Alaina Talboy PhD, Senior UX Research Manager
August 11-14, 2025 at Seattle University

A great survey can capture insights to inform strategic decision-making, product development, marketing, and customer experience. But it takes more than just a series of questions to get there!

In this four-session masterclass, we’ll dive into the science of quantitative survey design for UX researchers. You’ll learn how to transform abstract questions into measurable variables, balance stakeholder demands with methodological rigor, and understand when a well-placed qualitative question can reveal what the numbers can’t. Whether you’re fluent in quant or just getting started, you’ll walk away with a sharper survey toolkit and more confidence in your methods.
