In a near-future, dystopian NYC, top-tier pharmaceutical corporation Memredux Laboratories is developing the first-ever memory-erasing drug. When the public is invited to observe the trial, two test subjects find themselves swept into an intimate, psychological reckoning with memory and loss. The latest brainchild from Welcome to Campfire—praised for its signature fusion of dance and theater—SUBJECT is “a terrifying, magnificently executed sci-fi with humanity at its deepest core” (Bodies Never Lie), that begs the question: what would you give up for a new beginning?
