Take a break from the confinements of quarantine to stretch and breath, relax and energize, without even leaving your chair! Jenny G will lead a 30-minute Chair Yoga class, to breathe more easily, release the joints and flex the muscles that get scrunched up from a morning's remote activities. No mat or workout kit required! And no prior experience of yoga is needed either. Just click in and catch-up on your energy levels and focus and perfect your posture.
Actor & Producing Artist Jenny Green has been practising yoga for the past 20-years. She has always found calm and strength from the focus on breath and balance of physical exertion with deep relaxation and the related philosophies of mindfulness and loving kindness. A few years ago Jenny discovered the Sivananda school of yoga and recently received her certification as a Chair Yoga instructor.
