In this 45-minute workshop, Dr. Sarah Lindholm will share information related to the anatomy of the pelvic floor and guide you in a series of breathing, mobility, and gentle core techniques to support your pelvic floor during movement. This is helpful for anyone with a pelvis, especially those who may be experiencing bladder, bowel and/or intimacy related struggles. Dr. Sarah will stay after to answer any questions you may have!
