Cost: FREE
Teens ages 10 and up, with or without an adult, will learn mindful movement strategies to stretch and strengthen muscles as well as calming mindfulness and observation strategies to reduce stress and connect to joy. All bodies, abilities, and levels welcome. This is a welcoming and inclusive class, great for beginners and those who have experience with yoga alike! Please bring a small blanket. The studio has mats and other props to borrow free of charge.
