Weekly Kundalini Yoga with Kristy Stiefel

Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:30 PM

Elk Haven Wellness Center, Brevard

All bodies, all abilities welcome!

Kundalini Yoga classes led by certified Kundalini Yoga instructor Kristy Stiefel. Join us Wednesdays, 4:30 to 5:30 PM at Elk Haven Wellness Center to find a healthy balance for your body, mind, and spirit.

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga and nurture your body, mind, and spirit in a warm and welcoming community. Kristy, a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, will guide you through a series of revitalizing exercises and meditative practices that unlock the full potential of your inner self.

Kundalini Yoga draws on an ancient spiritual practice that:

  • Releases energy in the body bringing relaxation and healing to muscles, bones, and organs.
  • Brings new prana or life essence that sustains you through breathing in specific ways.
  • Places you in touch with oneness with all things through meditation.

If you are looking for a gentle embodiment practice, our classes are the answer! Kundalini Yoga is one of the most holistic practices available, incorporating gentle poses, breathing techniques, occasional chanting, spiritual intention, and meditation. The physical postures can be done at any level or ability. Whatever your body can do is perfect as your body is your greatest teacher. The breathing patterns can positively change your body chemistry and place you in a more reflective and receptive way of seeing and being. And finally, the meditations bring you into connection with self, others, and all created things. Have questions about Kundalini Yoga? Learn more HERE

Classes are $20 each or you can purchase 5 tickets for $90 through Ticket Stripe.
