Cost: $15
Experience a balance of Gentle Flow (action) with Yin (stillness). We begin by moving energy and flowing through foundational yoga poses, suitable for all levels, especially beginners. The second half of class is dedicated to stillness and gently opening the body with yin yoga, accompanied by live Native American flute.
Please bring a small blanket. All other props, including a mat, are available to borrow free of charge.
