Step-by-Step Instructions
Assign custom questions to specific tickets
Why it matters
Assigning custom questions to tickets included in the bundle, not the bundle itself, keeps checkout shorter for sponsors and table buyers. You collect individual attendee information when tickets are claimed.
Where to find it
Event → Order Form → Fields
How to implement it
- Open your event and click Order Form → Fields and open the question you want to adjust, or add a new one, i.e., Member Type, Meal Option.
- Set Collect per to Attendee so each guest answers for their own ticket.
- Select the Ask this question for specific ticket types option.
- Select the individual tickets the question applies to, including the individual tickets that are in your bundles.
- Do not select your ticket bundles (i.e., Sponsor, Table).
- Save.
Customize ticket share and claim reminders
Why it matters
When ticket claiming is required, bundle purchasers and their guests automatically receive reminders to share and claim tickets. Setting your preferred schedule and adding a note from your organization makes those reminders feel personal, so more buyers share early and guests claim their tickets well before the event.
Where to find it
Event → Email Attendees → Automated Emails
How to customize it
- Open your event and click Email Attendees.
- In Automated Emails, click Edit next to the reminder you want to customize.
- Preview the email first to see what your recipient will receive.
- Add an optional message, a personal note.
- Choose your schedule to control when the reminder is sent.
Review unshared and unclaimed tickets
Why it matters
A quick look at the Ticket Bundle Report in the weeks leading up to your event shows exactly which guests haven’t shared or claimed their tickets. Use this information to follow up in advance for a smooth check-in.
Where to find it
Reports → Ticket Bundle Report
How to use it
- Open Reports and select the Ticket Bundle Report.
- Follow these step-by-step instructions to segment attendee data for unshared and unclaimed tickets.
- Export the report to follow up with guests and click Save As to keep this report configuration.
