1. For Will call orders, you will have to collect your paper tickets at the venue, before the event. After you complete you order, you will receive an email from Ticketstripe containing your E-ticket. You will need this E-ticket, original Credit Card used for the order, and a valid Photo Id to claim your tickets before the event.
All tickets must be claimed by the person who’s name is on the E-Ticket.
2. For E-ticket orders, an e-mail containing your E-tickets will be sent to the email provided upon completing the transaction online. You may show the E-Ticket on a mobile device or use a Printed Copy of the E-Ticket. Do not forget to bring a valid Photo Id to gain entry.
Your E-ticket(s) are emailed immediately after your order. If you have not received an email from us with your tickets, please, check your SPAM folder first. If you still cannot find the tickets, contact us by filling out this form. Please include the email and name used to order tickets.

Ticketstripe cannot offer refunds as WE do not charge customers’ credit cards for tickets ordered or handle proceeds. All sales are processed and collected by the event organizer directly.
If you would like to a request a refund from the event organizer:
1. Check the event description and Terms of Sale as stated on the order page. Terms of Sale are set by event organizers and agreed to by you when you place the order.
2. Contact the event organizer directly using contact information from the event page.
