Personalize your event links

Event Link

Each event link is unique and can be personalized. Add it to your website, share it on social media, and use it in marketing materials.

1. Log in to your account and click on your Event.

2. Click on Links & Widgets.

3. Enter a custom link into the empty field. Your link can contain letters, numbers, and dashes.

4. Click Save and share your personalized event link.

Prefer to embed a single event on your website? Click on your Event –> Links & Widgets –> Website embed code.

Organizer Link

Your Organizer link leads to a public page that lists all your upcoming events. You may personalize it, add it to your website, share it on social media, and use it in marketing materials.

1. Log in to your account and click on Account in the top menu.

2. Click on Links & Widgets.

3. Use the default link or personalize it.

Links can only contain letters, numbers, and dashes (–). No spaces or other special characters are allowed. For example: seattle-theater.

For organizers with ten or more upcoming events, a Search by Date box will appear at the top of the page that, when clicked on, will allow the user to select a date via a calendar.
