How to change a ticket type
Organizers can change ticket types for General Tickets. Follow the simple steps below to change the ticket type for an attendee.
- Log into your Ticketstripe account and click on your event
- Click on Orders and find the order by name or email address
- Click on the Order Name
- The assigned ticket will appear next to the Ticket label. Select the desired ticket type from the Ticket drop-down options.
- Click Save
Note: Changing ticket types will not refund or charge the customer.
