Reclaim tickets

Both the ticket bundle Purchaser and Organizer can reclaim shared tickets.

Reclaim tickets as an Organizer:

1. Log in to your Ticketstripe account and click on your event
2. Click on Orders and locate the order with the ticket you want to reclaim
3. Click on the Order name
4. Click on the Gear icon next to the ticket you want to reclaim
5. Click Reclaim
6. Now the ticket bundle Purchaser can reshare this ticket with another guest

Reclaim tickets as a Purchaser:

1. Click on the Ticketstripe Wallet link located in your Order email from Ticketstripe
2. Click Reclaim next to the claimed ticket
3. To share that ticket with a new guest click Send
