How Can We Help?
Campaign tracking
There are two ways to track campaigns with TicketStripe. Choose based on your reporting goals, or implement both to compare results.
Meta Pixel Tracking
Enter your Meta pixel to track marketing campaigns and event page traffic within Facebook.
- Log in to your TicketStripe account
(Note: Pixels must be placed in the Master TicketStripe account. Event Administrators should request their Organization’s Master account owner to enter the pixel.) - Click on Account → Tracking Pixels
- Paste the Meta Pixel and Conversion API Access Token
- Click Save
How it works: TicketStripe passes visit and conversion data to Meta without sharing individual or identifiable information. However, due to attribution challenges, and user privacy settings across browsers, apps, and devices, Meta cannot report traffic and conversions with 100% accuracy.
Promoter Feature
Create unique event links to track traffic and sales separately from your main event page. This works similarly to peer-to-peer fundraising, allowing you to track 100% of registrations and sales data.
- Log in to your Ticketstripe account and select the event
- Click Promoters → Add Promoter
- Enter the Promoter’s name and email address
- Customize the event link (optional)— if left empty, the system will create a unique link
- Assign the tickets you want available via this link
- Copy the link to use in campaigns or share with exclusive audiences, influencers, etc.
How it Works:
- The promoter receives an email with event details, a trackable link, and an invitation to log into their own TicketStripe account
- The Promoter feature can be used strictly to generate unique links, as no action is required by the Promoter
- All purchases made via this link are associated with this promoter
- Promoters cannot change any event details
- Promoters can only see their own sales
- All funds from ticket sales are deposited into the Organizer’s merchant account, regardless of which promoter link was used.
Reporting:
- Export the Attendee List to view attendee data by Promoter.
- Many organizers prefer the Promoter feature for campaign tracking because it provides detailed attendee data that Meta reports cannot offer. This specific attendee information helps organizers make more precise and effective campaign optimizations.
- Promoter performance summaries are available in the Promoters section of your TicketStripe dashboard
Frequently Asked Questions
Will promoter sales interfere with check-in on event day?
No. All data from registrations and ticket sales made through promoter links are fully synchronized within your TicketStripe account.
Can I upload a list of promoters?
While there isn’t currently a self-service option to upload promoter lists, the TicketStripe team can do this for you. Contact support with your request and include the email associated with your TicketStripe account.
