Edit tickets after purchase
Event organizers can easily edit attendee tickets after purchase via their Ticketstripe dashboard. This is useful when an attendee requests to change the name on a ticket or you need to change their ticket type.
1. Log in to your Ticketstripe account and click on your event
2. Click on Orders
3. Find and click on the Order you want to edit (a single order can have multiple tickets)
4. Click the gear icon next to the attendee you want to edit
- Click on Edit Attendee to change the attendee information, such as name and email address. Click Update to save.
- Click on Edit Ticket Type to assign this ticket to another ticket type. All available ticket types will appear in a drop-down for your selection. Click Update to save.
5. Click Update to save the information
