How to change a ticket type

Organizers can change ticket types for General Tickets. Follow the simple steps below to change the ticket type for an attendee.

  1. Log into your Ticketstripe account and click on your event
  2. Click on Orders and find the order by name or email address
  3. Click on the Order Name
  4. The assigned ticket will appear next to the Ticket label. Select the desired ticket type from the Ticket drop-down options.
  5. Click Save

Note: Changing ticket types will not refund or charge the customer.
