Discount Report
The Discount Report shows orders and items that received a discount. Use it to review discount code usage, measure discount value, and see which promotions were used across your events.
What this report is best for
Use this report to answer questions like:
- Which discount codes were used?
- How many orders included a discount?
- How much discount value was given?
- Which events had discounted sales?
- Which orders used a specific code?
How to run the report
- Go to Reports and open the Discount Report.
- Choose your Order Date range.
- Select a Group By option.
- Use Search or Filters if needed.
- Click Generate Report.
- Use Edit Columns to show the details you want.
- Export the report if needed.
Key settings
Order Date
Choose the date range you want to review. Use Custom if you need a specific date and time range.
Group By
This setting changes how your results are organized.
- Order Item: Best for detailed line-by-line review
- Order: Best for seeing one row per order
- Discount Code: Best for comparing code usage
- Discount Code → Event: Best for comparing code usage across events
Search
Use Search to quickly find a specific:
- Order ID
- Discount code
- Buyer name
- Buyer email
Filter Discounts
Use this to narrow results by:
- Order status
- Channel
- Discount code
This is especially helpful when you want to isolate one promotion.
Filter by Event
Use this when you only want to see discounted sales for certain events.
Edit Columns
Use Edit Columns to add or remove the columns shown on your report.
Tip: The columns available here will change based on your Group By selection. That’s especially important in the Discount Report, since the report can be grouped at different levels, from a per-order-item view to a per-discount-by-event view. Because of that, the list of available columns will not be the same for every report layout.
