How Can We Help?

Ticket Bundle Report

If you sell Ticket Bundles (tables, sponsor packages, group tickets, or packages), the Ticket Bundle Report helps you track what happens after a purchase.

This report focuses on ticket distribution and claiming, helping you see whether tickets have been shared and claimed by guests.

Organizers often use this report to:

  • Follow up with buyers who haven’t shared their tickets
  • Contact guests who haven’t claimed their tickets
  • See which bundle items have already been claimed
  • Identify which bundle purchases included non-ticket items

Understanding Key Settings

Use Case: Buyers With Unshared Tickets

Use Case: Guests Who Haven’t Claimed Their Tickets

Understanding Key Settings

A few settings control how the report displays information. Understanding these lets you customize the report to answer different questions.

Group By

This determines how detailed the report is.

  • Order — Shows one row per order for a high-level overview.
  • Ticket Bundle — Shows one row per bundle within an order.
  • Ticket Bundle Items — Shows one row per item (each ticket or bundled product). This view provides the most detail.

Filter by Event

Use this to narrow the report to a specific event.

Filter Options (Share Status)

These filters pull the data on where tickets are in the distribution process.

  • Not Shared — Tickets have not been shared with guests yet.
  • Shared, Awaiting Claim — Tickets were shared, but the guest has not claimed them.
  • Claimed — The ticket has been claimed by the recipient.
  • Not a Ticket — The bundle item is not a ticket.

Exporting and Saving Reports

After generating a report, you can:

  • Export — Download a CSV for follow-up or analysis.
  • Save As — Once your report is set up the way you want it, be sure to save it. You’ll then be able to quickly access it from your Reports Overview page, and the data will refresh automatically each time you load it.

Go to: Reports → Ticket Bundle Report

Set the filters:
