Ticket Packages (Table, Group, Sponsor, etc.)

Ticket Packages

The Ticket Bundles feature helps organizers:

  • Capture individual attendee information from shared tickets (group tickets purchased by one person who then shares tickets).
  • Store user data in one centralized, secure location that is easy to use or export.
To create a Ticket Bundle:

1. First, create a General Ticket (i.e. Table seat ticket, Admission ticket, VIP ticket)

  • Click on your event
  • Click on Tickets from the left menu
  • Click the Add Tickets button and select General Ticket
  • Enter the information for this ticket. If you do not plan to sell individual tickets separately, then set the quantity to zero or hide the ticket.
  • Click Save

2. Next, create the Ticket Bundle. This bundle will package one or more General Tickets.

  • Click Tickets and then Add Tickets
  • Select Ticket Bundle from the drop-down
  • Enter a descriptive title that specifies how many seats/tickets this item includes, i.e., Table Ticket (Seats 10)
  • Set your Packaged ticket price and specify the quantity available
  • From the Admission Ticket dropdown, select the ticket type and number of corresponding tickets the buyer will receive in this package.

Multi-Day Tickets

Use the Ticket Bundle feature for multi-day events to ensure the buyer has a unique ticket for each day of the event that you will be able to scan with our mobile app. This will help with accurate attendance reports and fraud prevention.

1. First, create tickets for each day of the event. If you do not plan to sell individual event-day tickets separately, set their quantity to zero or hide the tickets.

2. Next, create an All Days Pass ticket and bundle the individual admission tickets.

  • Specify how many of each individual ticket the recipient should receive. In this example, the buyer should only receive one ticket for each day of the event.
