Void tickets

There can be many reasons an organizer may need to void a ticket, and we make it simple.

1. Log into your Ticketstripe account and click on the event
2. Click on Orders and find the order by name or email address
3. Click on the Order
4. Click the gear icon next to the name and select Void Ticket
   Note: If multiple tickets are in this order, you can void a single or every ticket

To Restore a ticket, simply click the gear icon next to the name and select Restore Ticket.

Voiding a ticket does not refund the customer.
