Ticket Wallet is a secure area within a ticket holder’s account where all their ticket purchases are stored. When a customer purchases multiple tickets (i.e. Sponsors, Table Tickets, Ticket Bundles) this area can be used to manage and share purchased tickets.
- The purchaser will receive an email with a link to access their Ticket Wallet. This link does not require a password for a frictionless experience.
- Tickets can be shared/distributed by the purchaser electronically.
- Ticket recipients are required to fill in information requested by the organizer to claim e-ticket(s) shared with them.
- If a ticket recipient is unable to attend the event, this ticket can be reclaimed and redistributed by the Purchaser, eliminating the need for the Organizer to manage those tickets, if desired.
