Customizing your event page helps build trust with attendees and creates a seamless, branded experience from start to finish. This guide walks you through personalizing your TicketStripe event page to match your organization’s identity.

Set Your Logo and Brand Colors

Your logo and background colors apply across all events in your account, ensuring consistent branding.

To add your logo and colors:

• Navigate to Account → Customize Pages
• Upload your organization’s logo
• Select logo alignment (left, center, or right)
• Choose your background color using the color picker or enter a hex code
• Click Save

These settings will automatically apply to all event pages in your account.

Customize Your Event Details

Each event can have its own unique content and messaging.

To customize individual event details:

1. Click on Events → Create Event
2. Or click on an existing event → Edit Event
3. Add your event title and complete description
4. Include important details and what attendees can expect
5. Upload an eye-catching event image
6. Click Save

Pro tip: Use your description to tell your story, explain your impact, and address common questions attendees might have.

Customize the Tickets & Donations Button

Want to change the button text or color to match your brand?

Contact TicketStripe support with:

• Your desired button text (e.g., “Register Now,” “Get Tickets,” “Reserve Your Spot”)
• Your preferred color code (hex code)
